One of the analyses that can be done on the raw sequencing data is to
determine which species the detected DNA was from, a so-called taxonomical
analysis. The precision of these detections differs depending on the
sequencing technology used and the tools and databases with which the data
is processed. At Hologenomix, we use the latest and most comprehensive
databases and our own in-house tools to perform the detection, allowing
for a high precision.
